Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares was obtained on 13 January 2021. Shareholders approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 5 February 2021. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 24 March 2021, being the next market day after the entitlement date. The Share Registrar of Solarvest Holdings Berhad will issue and despatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders of Solarvest Holdings Berhad within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Warrantholders must exercise their respective outstanding Warrants 2021/2026 and lodge their duly completed and signed exercise form with the exercise monies with the Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on 11 March 2021 in order to be entitled to the Bonus Issue.
