The abridged prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and the rights subscription form for the Rights Issue (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of AMPROP whose names appear in AMPROP's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders") who have a registered address in Malaysia or who have provided Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd (being the Share Registrar for the Rights Issue) with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended to (and will not be made to) comply with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia, are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue complies with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia.
If any holders of the RCPS A choose to convert the RCPS A held by them into new AMPROP Shares to be entitled to the Rights Issue, please lodge the conversion forms for conversion of RCPS A with the Company's Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on 20 March 2018. This is to enable the new AMPROP Shares arising from such conversion to be allotted to the respective holders of the RCPS A such that their names will appear in AMPROP's Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
