| The actual number of new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue will depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company on the Entitlement Date taking into account any exercise of its existing warrants 1997/2007 and warrants 2003/2008 and any options granted pursuant to the Company's employee share option scheme which may be exercised prior to the Entitlement Date of the Bonus Issue. The new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue will also be entitled to participate in the renounceable rights issue of up to 378,661,135 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in AMMB Holdings Berhad ("AMMB" or the "Company") at an issue price of RM1.10 per ordinary share of RM1.00 each payable in full upon acceptance on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share of RM1.00 each for every five (5) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held after the Bonus Issue.
