| Under the OFS, entitled shareholders will be provisionally offered the Offer Shares at an offer price of RM0.31 per Offer Share, payable in full upon acceptance, on the basis of 2 Offer Shares for every 5 existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Bolton held as at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. The actual number of Offer Shares to be offered to the entitled shareholders under the OFS will be determined based on Bolton’s issued and paid-up share capital (net of treasury shares) on the Entitlement Date. The Prospectus (together with the accompanying relevant forms) (collectively "Documents") setting out the full details of the OFS, including procedures for acceptance, excess application and payment, will be sent to the entitled shareholders at their addresses in Malaysia as stated in Bolton’s Record of Depositors as at the Entitlement Date. The Documents will not be sent to the entitled shareholders who do not have an address in Malaysia as stated in the Record of Depositors or have not provided Bolton or Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository") with addresses in Malaysia for the service of notices or documents prior to the Entitlement Date. However, these shareholders may obtain a copy of the Documents from the website of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at http://www.bursamalaysia.com or collect the Documents from Bolton’s share registrar at Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, Level 26, Menara Multi-Purpose, Capital Square, No. 8, Jalan Munshi Abdullah, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, who is entitled to request for such evidence as it deems necessary to satisfy itself as to the identity and authority of the person collecting the Documents. Alternatively, these shareholders who wish to change their address to a Malaysian address should inform their respective stockbrokers. Any such change must be completed before the Entitlement Date. |
