Following the Rights Issue, the exercise price of Warrants B will be adjusted from RM1.10 to RM0.79 each (indicative) based on an adjustment ratio of 39:100 in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll and up to 42,017,800 additional Warrants B (indicative) will be issued pursuant to the adjustment. The final adjusted exercise price and final number of additional Warrants B to be issued consequential to the Rights Issue will be effected in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll to the entitled Warrants B holders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 17 October 2018. The additional Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 November 2018. The entitlement ratio and adjusted exercise price illustrated above are indicative only and are subject to final adjustments. The final number of additional Warrants B to be issued and allotted will depend on the number of outstanding Warrants B which have yet to be exercised as at the Entitlement Date. The notice to Warrants B holders setting out the details of the adjustments and the notice of allotment of the additional Warrants B will be despatched in due course.
