Remarks :

The Capital Reduction involves the reduction of the existing issued and paid-up share capital of AAB of RM188,275,313 comprising 188,275,313 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in AAB to RM9,413,766 comprising 188,275,313 new ordinary shares of RM0.05 each.

Following the Capital Reduction, the issued and paid-up share capital of AAB shall be consolidated such that every twenty (20) ordinary shares of RM0.05 each shall constitute one (1) Consolidated AAB Share.

For the purpose of the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation, AAB is recalling all its existing ordinary shares of RM1.00.

The resultant Consolidated AAB Shares will be compulsorily exchanged with approximately 9,413,766 FBO New Shares on the basis of one (1) FBO New Share for each Consolidated AAB Share held by the existing shareholders of AAB after the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation.
