Reference is made to ECMLFG's announcements on 4 May 2017, 21 June 2017, 3 July 2017, 8 August 2017, 30 August 2017, 26 October 2017, 21 November 2017, 24 November 2017, 27 November 2017, 12 December 2017, 21 December 2017, 21 March 2018 and 13 April 2018 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
The Special Dividend of RM0.1597 per Share totaling about RM45.8 million was declared pursuant to the Proposals and is based on ECMLFG's latest available audited consolidated NA as at 31 December 2017 of RM145.6 million and after taking into consideration the expected gain of RM3.3 million from the Proposed Disposals. The payment of the Special Dividend will result in ECMLFG's audited consolidated NA as at 31 December 2017 to be adjusted to about RM0.36 per Share.
