Entitlement description:The Board of Directors of Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad (DLMI) is pleased to announce that the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange has advised that the additional 48,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued pursuant to the aforesaid Bonus Issue will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 5 April 2002.

With reference to the earlier announcement made on 22 February 2002 on the first and final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2001, the Board of Directors of DLMI wish to announce that the first and final dividend payment is 6.25 sen less 28% income tax and a tax exempt dividend of 1.25 sen per RM1.00 share based on 64,000,000 ordinary shares each in issue at the date of entitlement, 30 May 2002, if approved by shareholders at the Company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting
