| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 68,150,845 Bonus Shares on the basis of one (1) new Bonus Share for every two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Hexza as at 5.00 p.m. on 12 December 2008 (“Entitlement Date”). The actual number of new Hexza Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of Hexza as at the Entitlement Date. The listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall take place on 15 December 2008, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Hexza’s share registrars will issue and despatch notices of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 19 December 2008. This announcement is dated 24 November 2008. |
