| In accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 14 March 2011, being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of KSM will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of KSM latest on 18 March 2011, being four (4) market days after the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
