RCCPS holders who wish to be entitled to the final single tier dividend of 0.70 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 should exercise their rights to convert to new ordinary shares by lodging their duly completed conversion forms with the Share Registrar no later than 5.00 p.m. on 28 August 2020 in order for the new shares to be listed and credited by 9 September 2020.
