The payment of the final dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Forty Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 19 June 2019.
In line with this Entitlement (Notice of Book Closure) Template Enhancements which came into effect on 29 April 2019, whereby the wordings for 'Securities transferred into the Depositor's Securities Account before 4.00 pm in respect of transfers' have now been changed to 'Securities transferred into the Depositor's Securities Account before 4.30 pm in respect of transfers', hence, all documents that have been or will be issued by the Company ("Document") and impacted, directly or indirectly, by the said enhancements shall be deemed to have been changed accordingly. The Document shall include but are not limited to the following:
(i) Notice of Forty Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 30 April 2019;
(ii) Notice of Dividend Entitlement and Payment Date dated 30 April 2019; and
(iii) Annual Report 2018. |
