| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 24,604,298 new MPB Warrants on the basis of one (1) new MPB Warrant (“Bonus Warrant”) for every thirty-five (35) existing MPB Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on 5 January 2010. The date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue on the Main Board of Bursa Securities will be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 17 December 2009. |
