1) YTL Corporation Berhad "A" Shares currently listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange are also entitled to the Proposed Share Dividend.

2) New shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the 1997/2007 warrants and 1999/2009 warrants shall be entitled to the Proposed Share Dividend, if the relevant Subscription Date is on or before the entitlement date on 2 January 2002.

3) Holders of 1997/2007 warrants and 1999/2009 warrants are not entitled to the Proposed Share Dividend. However, the Exercise Price of the 1997/2007 warrants and 1999/2009 warrants will be subject to adjustment in accordance with the provisions of the respective Deed Polls, if the said warrants are not exercised on or before the entitlement date on 2 January, 2002.
