| The above Share Split has been approved by the shareholders of CWHB at its Extraordinary General Meeting on 21 June 2004. The trading in the shares of CWHB will be suspended with effect fom 9.00 a.m. on 5 July 2004 (being three (3) clear market days immediately before the books closing date on 9 July 2004) until the quotation of the shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and Share Split. Hence, the last date and time of trading will be 5.00 p.m. on 2 July 2004. The suspension of trading is to facilitate the recall and subdivision of shares. |
