| The bonus issue entails the issuance of 42,926,224 new Ta Ann Shares on the basis of one (1) new Ta Ann Share for every five (5) existing Ta Ann Shares held as at the time and date stated above ("Bonus Issue"). The listing and quotation for the Ta Ann Shares shall take place on 21 September 2010, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date. The Registrar of Ta Ann will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to all the entitled shareholders of Ta Ann by 28 September 2010. This announcement is dated 27 August 2010. |
