| The Abridged Prospectus, together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as the “Documents”) in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants, will be dispatched to the entitled shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at 5:00 p.m. on 27 January 2010 and no later than 29 January 2010. The Documents will not be dispatched to entitled shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia. The entitled shareholder who is without a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers as well as the Share Registrar of Hunza to effect the change of address prior to 27 January 2010.
