| The Subdivision has been approved by the shareholders of Paos at its Extraordinary General Meeting on 25 November 2004. Please be informed that the trading of the ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Paos on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 13 December 2004 (being three (3) clear market days immediately before the Books Cosing Date) until the quotation of the subdivided shares. Hence, the last day for trading of the ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Paos on the Main Board of Bursa Securities, prior to the Subdivision, shall be on 10 December 2004. |
