Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company's circular dated 1 March 2018. The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of KLRB within 4 Market Days after the date of listing and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within 2 Market Days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. This announcement is dated 21 March 2018. |
