| This amended announcement is made due to the change of the income tax rate from 28% to 27% for the year of assessment 2007 pursuant to the Finance Bill 2006 of Malaysia which was gazetted on 31 December 2006. Hence, the income tax deducted for the First and Final Dividend of the Company of 6 sen per share is now changed from 28% to 27%. |
