| Further to the Company's announcement dated 25 February 2009, the proposed final dividend has been changed from a final dividend of 7.5% or RM0.015 per ordinary share of RM0.20 each ("OS") less 25% income tax to a final single tier dividend of 7.5% or RM0.015 per OS. The dividend paid under the single tier system is tax exempted in the hands of the shareholders. The proposed final dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company. |
