The proposed Single-Tier Final Dividend of 1.4 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018 is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of HeveaBoard Berhad to be held on 10 June 2019. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act, 2016, par value is no longer relevant. Holders of Warrants 2010/2020 are reminded to lodge with the Company's Share Registrar, Bina Management (M) Sdn. Bhd. of Lot 10, The Highway Centre, Jalan 51/205, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, their subscription forms and subscription monies for subscription of new shares by 5.00 p.m., 12 June 2019 to qualify to the dividend entitlement. |
