We refer to the announcements dated 12 October 2018, 9 November 2018 and 20 December 2018 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants ("Announcements") and the circular to the shareholders dated 10 January 2019 ("Circular"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements and Circular.
The Free Warrants will be credited into the shareholders central depository system account and notices of allotment for the Free Warrants will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of AMRB whose names appear in Record of Depositors of AMRB at 5.00 p.m. on 22 March 2019 ("Entitled Shareholders") at the address as per Record of Depositors of AMRB within 8 market days from the entitlement date.
The admission and listing of and quotation for the Free Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants will take place two (2) market days after the receipt of the application for quotation of the Free Warrants to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Additionally, on behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB had, on 8 March 2019, announced that the Company has resolved to fix the exercise price of the Free Warrant at RM0.12 each pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.
