The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders dated 26 September 2016 in relation to the Rights Issue.

The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notices of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Forms (collectively, "Documents"), will only be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders not later than two (2) market days from the Entitlement Date, at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the Company's Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Foreign addressed Entitled Shareholders or renouncee(s) (if applicable) who have not provided to the Company with a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia, may collect the Documents from our Share Registrar, who is entitled to request such evidence as they deem necessary to satisfy themselves as to the identity and authority of the person collecting the Documents.

The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed and the Rights Issue will not be made or offered or deemed to be made or offered for purchase or subscription, in any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia or to persons who are or may be subject to the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia. The Rights Issue to which this Abridged Prospectus relates is only available to persons receiving the Documents electronically or otherwise within Malaysia.

The date of listing of the Rights Shares to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on 15 December 2016.
