| The Bonus Shares will be listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 29 August 2008. Arising from the Bonus Issue, adjustments will be made to the Warrants of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll constituting the Warrants ("Adjustments"). An information circular detailing the Adjustments will be issued and despatched to the Warrant-holders in due course. Pursuant to the Adjustments, a maximum of 11,361,502 additional new Warrants will be listed simultaneously with the Bonus Shares on 29 August 2008. Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, the Registrar of SOPB, will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders/warrant-holders by 5 September 2008. This announcement is dated 12 August 2008. |
