| The actual number of Rights Shares to be isuued pursuant to the Rights Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company on the Entitlement Date taking into account any exercise of its existing warrants (2006/2011) and/or options under its Employees' Share Option Scheme (2007/2017) on or prior to the Entitlement Date. No underwriting for the Rights Issue is required as certain substancial shareholders have given irrevocable written undertakings to fully subscribe for the entire Rights Issue. The abridged prospectus in relation to the Rights Issue will be dispatched to the entitled shareholders of SOPB not later than three (3) markets days after the Entitlement Date. This announcement is dated 19 February 2008. |
