| Deleum Berhad is also implementing a bonus issue of 50,000,000 new Deleum Shares ("Bonus Share(s)") to be credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 3 existing Deleum Shares held at the close of business on 16 June 2014 ("Bonus Issue"). The Bonus Shares to be received by all the entitled shareholders will also be subject to the Share Split. The Share Split will be implemented immediately upon the completion of the Bonus Issue. The Subdivided Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Main Market") on 17 June 2014, being the next market day after the entitlement date. Deleum Berhad's share registrar is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Deleum Berhad on the entitlement date within 4 market days after the date the Subdivided Shares are listed and quoted on the Main Market.
