(The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders dated 14 January 2016 in relation to the Capital Reorganisation and Rights Issue with Warrants.) The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form (collectively, the Documents), will only be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the Companys Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Entitled Shareholders or renouncee(s) (if applicable) who have not provided to the Company a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia, may collect the Documents from our Share Registrar, who is entitled to request such evidence as they deem necessary to satisfy themselves as to the identity and authority of the person collecting the Documents. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants complies with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia. The date of listing of the Rights Shares and the Warrants B to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be on 6 April 2016.
