| The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form (collectively, "Documents"), will only be despatched to the shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 30 March 2012 ("Entitled Shareholders") at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the share registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 30 March 2012. The Entitled Shareholders and/or their renouncee(s) who subscribe for the Rights Shares with Warrants shall be entitled to the Bonus Issue on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every four (4) Rights Shares subscribed by the Entitled Shareholders and/or their renouncee(s) on 30 March 2012. The date of listing of the Rights Shares and Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue and Bonus Issue on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on 2 May 2012.
