| The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of 45,000,000 new Datasonic Shares to be credited as fully paid-up at par on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 2 existing Datasonic Shares held by the entitled shareholders. The date of the listing of and quotation for the 45,000,000 new Datasonic Shares will be 5 July 2013, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue. The share registrar of Datasonic will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 11 July 2013. This announcement is dated 19 June 2013. |
