| The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of 675,000,000 new Datasonic Shares to be credited as fully paid-up at par on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every one (1) existing Datasonic Share held by the entitled shareholders. The date of the listing of and quotation for the 675,000,000 new Datasonic Shares will be 11 June 2014, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue. The share registrar of Datasonic will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 17 June 2014. This announcement is dated 27 May 2014. |
