| The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of 65,648,066 Bonus Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of two (2) Bonus Shares for every three (3) existing PESTECH Shares held by the entitled shareholders on the Entitlement Date. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 11 July 2014, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. PESTECH's Share Registrar is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders not later than four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. |
