The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after an application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system account and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the listing of and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
Any fractional entitlements arising from the Free Warrants Issue shall be disregarded.
