| The payment of the first and final single tier cash dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company shall apply the RM:SGD noon middle rate as disclosed in the Bank Negara Malaysia's website on 30 June 2014 as basis for computing the dividend quantum to be paid in SGD to the Singapore investors whose IHH shares are traded on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. |
