Following the Subdivision, the conversion price and number of Outstanding ICPS shall be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association of TLB ("Adjustments").
Additional new ICPS arising from the Adjustments ("Additional ICPS") will be allotted and issued to the entitled holders of the Outstanding ICPS of the Company, whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for the ICPS at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The actual number of Additional ICPS to be issued and allotted would depend on the number of Outstanding ICPS which has yet to be converted into new TLB Shares as at the Entitlement Date.
The Additional ICPS will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Subdivided Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 29 December 2017, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The notice to the holders of Outstanding ICPS setting out the details of the Adjustments as well as the notice of allotment for the Additional ICPS will be despatched in due course.
Holders of the Outstanding ICPS who wish to be entitled to the Subdivided Shares should lodge their duly completed conversion forms with the Share Registrar, Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, on or before 5.00 p.m. on 15 December 2017. This is to enable the new TLB Shares arising from such conversions to be allotted to the respective holders of the Outstanding ICPS such that their names will appear in the Record of Depositors for TLB Shares at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
