| The rate should be 25% instead of 26% as stated in the Notice of the Eleventh Annual General Meeting of BIMB Holdings Berhad and the Entitlements (Notice of Book Closure) which were announced on 24 November 2008. Other details remained the same except for the above tax rate. The amendment is to reflect the reduction in corporate tax from 26% to 25% with effect from year of assessment 2009. |
