Unless otherwise stated, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Companys announcements dated 21, 26 September, 4, 11, 17, 30 October and 22 November 2017. The date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be 19 December 2017, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The Bonus Shares will be credited into entitled shareholders central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the addresses set out in the Record of Depositors, within four (4) market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 30 November 2017. |
