The Bonus Issue of Shares will be implemented concurrently with the share split exercise ("Share Split") and the issuance of free warrants. The number of Bonus Shares to be received by the entitled shareholders shall be in the form of subdivided shares.
881,100,000 Bonus Shares will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 4 December 2019, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date.
The notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within 4 market days after the date of the listing of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
