| The Board of Directors has recommended a final gross dividend of 10.0 sen per share and a special gross dividend of 4.0 sen per share less income tax of 28% in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2004 amounting to RM317.4 million. Together with the interim tax-exempt dividend of 3.0 sen per share equivalent to gross dividend of 4.2 sen per share, the total equivalent gross dividend for the year amounts to 18.2 sen per share. This announcement is made to amend the earlier announced figure on entitlement in RM. The figure should be read as RM0.14 instead of RM0.1. The figure of RM0.14 comprises of 10.0 sen final gross dividend and 4.0 sen special gross dividend. |
