The shareholders of TRIplc whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of TRIplc at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 17 April 2018 ("Entitlement Date"), shall be entitled to participate in the Share Exchange.
In order to facilitate the Share Exchange, the trading of TRIplc Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 11 April 2018, being 3 clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date. Accordingly, the last time and date of trading of TRIplc Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 10 April 2018.
The suspension of TRIplc Shares will continue until the admission of Pimpinan Ehsan to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the Pimpinan Ehsan Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
A notice to the shareholders of TRIplc in relation to the Entitlement Date for the Share Exchange will be despatched to the shareholders of TRIplc on 4 April 2018.
