The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders dated 21 December 2017 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
The notices of book closure date in relation to the Subdivision and Bonus Issue have been announced separately on 7 February 2018.
Holders of the RCPS ("RCPS Holders") who wish to be entitled to the Subdivision and Bonus Issue should convert their RCPS by lodging their duly completed conversion forms with LBGB's share registrar on or before 5.00 p.m. on 14 February 2018 such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The RCPS Holders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of RCPS on the Entitlement Date shall be entitled to the Adjustment. The conversion ratio after the Adjustment will be announced in due course.
The effective date of the Adjustment is on Tuesday, 27 February 2018, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The notice setting out the Adjustment will be despatched to the entitled RCPS Holders in due course.
