| This announcement is made on behalf of Metrod. The shareholders of Metrod whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of Metrod at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 12 September 2011 (“Entitlement Date”), shall be entitled to the Share Exchange on the basis of 2 new NewCo Shares for every 1 Metrod Share held. In order to facilitate the Share Exchange, the trading of Metrod Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 6 September 2011, being a date which is 3 clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date. The suspension will continue until the admission of NewCo to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the new NewCo Shares to be issued under the Share Exchange on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 22 August 2011. |
