The shareholders have at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 January 2002, approved that the sum of RM28.955 million, being an amount equivalent to the unutilised proceeds raised from the Company's initial public offering be distributed to the shareholders in the form of special dividends at a gross dividend rate of 25 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each less 28% income tax.
