| NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the first and final 5 sen less 27% taxation and 10 sen tax exempt dividend of 13.65 sen net per ordinary share of RM1.00 each or after the share split 2.5 sen less 27% taxation and 5 sen tax exempt dividend of 6.825 sen net per ordinary share of RM0.50 each for the year ended 30 June 2007 will be payable on 03 March 2008 to Depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 04 February 2008. A Depositor shall qualify for entitlement only in respect of :- (a) shares transfered into the Depositors' Securities Account before 4:00pm on 04 February 2008 in respect of the transfers; and (b) shares bought on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a cum entitlement basis according to the rules of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad |
