The actual number of Subdivided Shares to be issued would depend on the total number of issued Shares on the Entitlement Date.
Fractional entitlements for the Subdivided Shares arising from the Share Split, if any, shall be disregarded and/or dealt with by the Board of Directors of the Company in such manner at its absolute discretion as it may deem fit or expedient and in the best interest of the Company.
The Subdivided Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 11 August 2021, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
The notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares will be despatched to the entitled shareholders not later than 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares on Bursa Securities.
