| The above Subdivision has been approved by the shareholders of the Company at its Extraordinary General Meeting on 9 April 2004. The trading in the shares of UT will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 23 April 2004 (being three (3) clear market days immediately before the book closing date on 29 April 2004) until the quotation of the subdivided shares. Hence, the last date and time of trading will be 5.00 p.m. on 22 April 2004. The suspension of trading is to facilitate the recall and subdivision of shares. |
