The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 28 June 2018, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
The share registrar of ULICORP will issue and despatch notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of ULICORP within 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
