Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
Fractional entitlements arising from the Bonus Issue of Warrants, if any, shall be disregarded and dealt with by the Board of Directors of Scomi in such manner at its absolute discretion as it may deem fit or expedient and in the best interests of Scomi.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
The notices of allotment of the Warrants will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders for the Bonus Issue of Warrants within 4 market days after the listing of and quotation for the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
