The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of PJBumi within four (4) market days from the entitlement date. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within two (2) market days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
