| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 85,229,330 Bonus Shares, credited as fully paid-up, to the shareholders of KNM on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing shares held on 19 September 2006 ("Entitlement Date"). The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of KNM on the Entitlement Date taking into account any exercise of the options granted pursuant to KNM's Employees Share Option Scheme which may be exercised on or prior to the Entitlement Date.
